Executive Staff

William Small, Jr
President and CEO, The Fountainview Companies, Inc.
William (Billy) developed The Fountainview Center in 1996, the first long-term care community in Georgia exclusively for individuals with early, mid and late stage Alzheimer’s disease, after conducting extensive research on appropriate care and facility design for people with dementia-related disorders. He is the recipient of the 2013 Georgia Health Care Association Leadership Excellence in Innovation Award for his leadership in finding new ways to improve the lives of residents in long-term care.

Rowland Cocks
CFO, The Fountain Companies, Inc.
Rowland is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the The Fountainview Center. He has served in a variety of corporate financial leadership positions and on the Board of Directors for Leading the Way, Geronimo Funds, Family Resource Network and the Vivian Bilby Noble Foundation. He joined The Fountain Companies in 2006.


Tedd Watts, RN, LNHA-C, CDP
Executive Director of Operations
Tedd oversees Fountainvew’s day-to-day operations. He has 20 years of regional and divisional health care management experience, where he oversaw numerous long-term care facilities in multiple states. Tedd is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He joined Fountainview in 2015.
Administrative Staff

Heather Bogle, BSW
Director, Admissions and Community Relations
Heather has been guiding families through the admissions process at Fountainview for more than 10 years. She serves on the boards of several senior care organizations and champions fundraising for the Alzheimer’s Association and related organizations. She joined Fountainvew as Director of Resident and Family Services in 2008.

Lynn Ellis

Charles Guinyard
Director, Environmental Services
Charles is responsible for Fountainview’s janitorial services. Prior to joining Fountainview, he held supervisory and management positions with major janitorial companies. He joined Fountainview in 1998.

Director, Family & Staff Education
This position oversees the educational programs at the center.

Patrick Wesley, MSM/LOE, MSHRM
Patrick oversees the business and human resources operations at Fountainview. He has more than 12 years’ experience as a human resources manager. He joined Fountainview in 2019.
Clinical Staff

Ramsey Jackson, MD, Geriatrician
Dr. Jackson has been overseeing patient medical care at Fountainview since 2009. A specialist in geriatric medicine with more than two decades of experience, he has been licensed since 1999 by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners and certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He solely serves long-term care patients and holds medical directorships at several Atlanta skilled nursing facilities.

Larry Tune, MD, Geriatric Psychiatry
Dr. Tune has been overseeing the geropsychiatric needs of Fountainview patients for more than a decade. He has more than 40 years’ experience specializing in Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychiatry, with clinical interest in dementia, medication management and psychotherapy. He is affiliated with Emory University Hospital and the Emory Brain Health Center, and serves as Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Program Director Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at Emory University.

Julius Freeman, RN

Kwamah Otoo, RN
Kwamah assists in overseeing patient nursing care at Fountainview. She has more than 15 years of health care experience, including over a decade in long-term care, as well as adult ambulatory medicine, pediatrics and transplant. She joined Fountainview in 2019.

Rachel Hett, PT, DPT

Amy Harrison, RN, CMAC
Amy ensures adherence to MDS, a federally mandated assessment of patients at long-term health care facilities. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience and has worked exclusively in long-term care since 2010. She joined Fountainview in 2017.

Carol Roy, RN
