Our Leadership Team

Tedd Watts, RN, LNHA,CDP & Executive Director at The Fountainview Center for Alzheimer's Disease. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse. Additionally, Tedd is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. For over 18 years he has held several regional and divisional healthcare management positions overseeing multiple long-term care facilities in multiple states. Tedd is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Lynn Ellis, Director of Financial Services.
She has over thirty years’ experience in the accounting field. She has been working for the corporate offices of The Fountainview Center since 2009. She reported to the CFO in that role. She moved to Georgia from Florida in 2008. She worked in Florida as the  Assistant Controller for the Broward County Homeless Assistance Center. She is active in her church and enjoys singing in the choir. She is a native from Kentucky.

Nanvedita Ramcharran, Business Office Manager
She earned her degree in Business Management at University of Guyana, and later 2002 she earned her license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician. Since then she has dedicated her time to the care of elderly residents for the past 10 years. She joined the Fountainveiw Center in 2011 as the Staffing Coordinator, and was promoted in 2012 to the Business Office Manager.

Joanne Tune, RN, Directory of Clinical Services has over 30 years experience in the long-term care arena working both the regulatory and provider sector. She holds her RN license in both Georgia and North Carolina. Joanne has held numerous positions with large corporations and healthcare organizations as Regional Clinical Director, Medicare Nurse Specialist, Regional Nurse Consultant, and as Director of Utilization Management. She received her RN from Cooper Medical Center in Camden New Jersey. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Nurses in Long Term Care, American Medical Directors Association; she holds her certification for American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC). She has been at Fountainview for six year’s and has one son.
David Stewart, RN, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, a
A graduate of DeKalb College of Nursing in 1998, David has devoted his nursing practice within long-term care setting. He joined the Fountainview team in July 2007 to continue his desire to serve those in need of specialized care.
Kelly Dee, MMT, MT-BC, Director of Recreational Therapy.
Ms. Dee is board-certified music therapist and the Director of Recreational Therapy. She specializes in dementia music therapy and designs music experiences to encourage, empower, and improve the quality of life through research-based music techniques. A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Dee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Shorter College, and a Master's Degree in Music Therapy from Georgia College & State University. She spent over 10 years teaching chorus and theater on both the middle and high school levels. She completed her music therapy internship with Seasons Hospice Atlanta. Kelly's music therapy background includes hospice music therapy, grief and bereavement music therapy, working with children with special needs, adults with developmental disorders, and wellness music therapy. Kelly is a trained HealthRHYTHMS facilitator and leads corporate wellness events throughout the Atlanta area.
Sheila Meer, RN, MDS Coordinator has worked in nursing for over 23 years. She began her career as a nursing assistant in high school, and loved nursing so much, she went on to first become a Licensed Practical Nurse and then continued her education to become a Registered Nurse at Rome College in Georgia. Sheila has also worked as an ICU nurse as well as hospice. Her first love is working in the senior care field. She is a native of Kennesaw, Georgia.
Heather Bogle, BSW, Director of Community Relations started at The Fountainview Center in January 2008 as the Director of Resident and Family Services. She transferred into the Admissions and Community Relations role in June 2009. She is a Board Member for the DeKalb Senior Niche, Assisted Living Federation of American, and Aging Services Network of Fulton County. She is active with the Atlanta Chapter Alzheimer’s Association, The Lewy Bodies Associations and the Atlanta Parkinson’s Disease Association. Prior to coming to The Fountainview Center, Heather was a co-owner in a restaurant as well as a medical construction company. Heather earned her Bachelor's Degree.
Tobi Isaacs, M.Ed., CCC-SLP Therapy Coordinator/Speech-Language Pathologist Aegis Therapies

Tobi Isaacs is a true "peach" born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. Tobi graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued her professional preparation attending Valdosta State University where she received her Masters in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology with Suma Cum Laud honors. She is an ASHA member and has received her Certificate of Clinical Competence as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her work experiences include a variety of settings and ages of people including early education to rehabilitation, from birth to 103!. She enjoys working with the dementia population focusing on preserving functional cognition, communication, and swallowing. Tobi resides in Atlanta with her husband and a handful of children.

Carrie Rumsey, Director of Social Services

Carrie was born and raised in Fremont, Ohio. She graduated from Bowling Green State University and has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Services. Her previous work experience in Ohio includes working in nursing and rehabilitation facilities where she was in case management. She is also a Ohio State Buckeye's football fan and a Cleveland Indians baseball fan. She relocated to Atlanta in the fall of 2015 with her husband who accepted a position as a pilot at Hartsfield Airport. She has four nephews in Ohio and enjoys going back home to visit.

Charles Guinyard, Director of Environmental Services graduated from Recording Engineering School in Detroit, Michigan and received his diploma from Ferndale Adult High School in 1997. Charles has held several supervisory and management positions with major janitorial companies in Michigan. Charles and his family moved to Georgia in 1998 and began working at The Fountainview Center.
Lenny Gomes, Director of Plant Operations moved with his wife Rebecca to Atlanta from Northern California to be with their three children and seven grandchildren in 2004. He is a professional musician and recording artist, former international kick boxer, martial arts instructor, track and field coach and active Native American tribal member of the Pomo Nation Tribe. Lenny has 25 years of experience working in senior communities; he began working with the Fountainview Center in 2007.

Darlene Claiborne, MS, CDM, CFPP-Director of Nutritional Services

Darlene has managed many Foodservice Departments in long-term care facilities since 1989 owned by large corporations and food service contract organizations in Atlanta, GA . She started her undergraduate education in Nutrition and Foodservice Management at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She earned her Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) certification in 1999. Darlene completed a Bachelor of Science Degree with Nutrition and Food Management focus from Excelsior College, Albany, NY in 2003. Also, she has earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, Lithonia, GA in 2014. She is a member of Alpha Chi National College Honor Society and Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals.
