Our Leadership Team

Tedd Watts, RN, LNHA-C, CDP & Executive Director at The Fountainview Center for Alzheimer's Disease. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse. Additionally, Tedd is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. For over 18 years he has held several regional and divisional healthcare management positions overseeing multiple long-term care facilities in multiple states. Tedd is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Lynn Ellis, Director of Financial Services.
She has over thirty years’ experience in the accounting field. She has been working for the corporate offices of The Fountainview Center since 2009. She reported to the CFO in that role. She moved to Georgia from Florida in 2008. She worked in Florida as the  Assistant Controller for the Broward County Homeless Assistance Center. She is active in her church and enjoys singing in the choir. She is a native from Kentucky.

Nanvedita Ramcharran, Business Office Manager
She earned her degree in Business Management at University of Guyana, and later 2002 she earned her license as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician. Since then she has dedicated her time to the care of elderly residents for the past 10 years. She joined the Fountainveiw Center in 2011 as the Staffing Coordinator, and was promoted in 2012 to the Business Office Manager.

Julius Freeman, RN, Directory of Clinical Services
Originally from Detroit, Michigan Julius Freeman RN has had over 25 years of health care experience. Julius is a two time graduate of Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he earned a Diploma as a Practical Nurse as well as an Associate Degree in Nursing. Julius has worked as a telemetry nurse for one of North Carolinas leading teaching hospitals. Julius also has an extensive career in long-term care, serving not only as Director of Nursing but also as a Regional Director of Clinical Services for Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.
David Stewart, RN, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, a
A graduate of DeKalb College of Nursing in 1998, David has devoted his nursing practice within long-term care setting. He joined the Fountainview team in July 2007 to continue his desire to serve those in need of specialized care.
Christine Anderson, CAD, Director of Programming.
Christine Anderson has over 24-years of experience as a caregiver in long-term care. She earned her certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) in 1994, and in 1996 earned a Business Diploma from the Drake School of Business in New York. In 2006 she earned her certification to serve as an activity director (CAD) in the state of Georgia. Christine joined the Fountainview Center in 2008 and was promoted to the Director of Programming in 2018.
John Clark, RN, LNHA, Director of Staff & Family Education
John is a native of Northwest Indiana, and a graduate of Purdue University. John has worked for almost 30 years in long term care. He hold his RN license in Georgia and Tennessee, as well as a nursing home administrator license in both states. John has held numerous positions with large corporations and healthcare organizations as a Regional Director of Operations, a Director of Nursing and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. John has been at The Fountainview Center since 2008.
Amy Harrison, RN, MDS Coordinator received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Western Kentucky University in 1994. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2008. Amy’s MDS experience began in 1999 as a Field Review Nurse for the Kentucky Medicaid Program. She has worked exclusively in long-term care since 2010. She has completed the Certified MDS Assessment Coordinator (CMAC) certification program.
Carol Roy, RN, MDS Coordinator has over 40-years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Carol graduated in 1977 from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and St. Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine.She obtained her certification in gerontology in 1980 and her Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-CT) in 1987. During her time in long term care she has served as a Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, Case Mix nurse for Georgia and Alabama, as well as a Regional MDS Coordinator. She has been a member of the Fountainview team since 2017.
Heather Bogle, BSW, Director of Community Relations started at The Fountainview Center in January 2008 as the Director of Resident and Family Services. She transferred into the Admissions and Community Relations role in June 2009. She is a Board Member for the DeKalb Senior Niche, Assisted Living Federation of American, and Aging Services Network of Fulton County. She is active with the Atlanta Chapter Alzheimer’s Association, The Lewy Bodies Associations and the Atlanta Parkinson’s Disease Association. Prior to coming to The Fountainview Center, Heather was a co-owner in a restaurant as well as a medical construction company. Heather earned her Bachelor's Degree.
Tobi Isaacs, M.Ed., CCC-SLP Therapy Coordinator/Speech-Language Pathologist Aegis Therapies
Tobi Isaacs is a true "peach" born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. Tobi graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She continued her professional preparation attending Valdosta State University where she received her Masters in Communication Disorders/Speech Language Pathology with Suma Cum Laud honors. She is an ASHA member and has received her Certificate of Clinical Competence as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her work experiences include a variety of settings and ages of people including early education to rehabilitation, from birth to 103!. She enjoys working with the dementia population focusing on preserving functional cognition, communication, and swallowing. Tobi resides in Atlanta with her husband and a handful of children.

Melissa Perry, Director of Resident & Family Services

Melissa Perryis a native of Kansas City, Missouri. It was her grandmother who was a nurse that played a significant role in her becoming a nurse. She has over 36 years of experience in healthcare. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), then working to earn her license in Practical Nursing, her experience led her to management positions as a Director of Case Management and Social Services.

Charles Guinyard, Director of Environmental Services graduated from Recording Engineering School in Detroit, Michigan and received his diploma from Ferndale Adult High School in 1997. Charles has held several supervisory and management positions with major janitorial companies in Michigan. Charles and his family moved to Georgia in 1998 and began working at The Fountainview Center.
Lenny Gomes, Director of Plant Operations moved with his wife Rebecca to Atlanta from Northern California to be with their three children and seven grandchildren in 2004. He is a professional musician and recording artist, former international kick boxer, martial arts instructor, track and field coach and active Native American tribal member of the Pomo Nation Tribe. Lenny has 25 years of experience working in senior communities; he began working with the Fountainview Center in 2007.

Alyssa Rives, RD, LD, Director of Nutritional Services
Alyssa Rives received her Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama in 2015. In May of 2016, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and simultaneously completed coordinated programs in Dietetics from the University of Alabama. She earned her credentials as a Registered Dietician (RD) and Licensed Dietician (LD) in 2016. She has spent her time since graduation working in long-term care. She joined the Fountainview team in 2018.
